What better way to spend a day than immersing your students in the Witte Museum!  Join us on Monday, April 12th, 2021 for Home School Day: The Machine Inside. Your admission will include all of the galleries and access to our latest traveling exhibit – The Machine Inside: Biomechanics plus our pre-history program, Living off the Land.

Take a “nuts and bolts” look at the natural world at the Witte Museum’s first traveling exhibition of the new year. The Machine Inside: Biomechanics, explores animals and plants as machines built for survival, complete with pumps, pipes, levers, motors, springs and intelligence gathering devices.

Put Your Heart Into Ittakes a close look at how the human heart works. Students will take their own pulse, play games to get their hearts pumping, explore heart-healthy habits and learn how to make heart-healthy food choices.
